Zahmir phase 2 left the playable area

During a Deadly Map boss encounter in The Scared Reservoir, Zahmir used one of his special attacks and seemingly teleported out of the area and entirely out of the playable space causing myself to be stuck in the arena and unable to continue the fight. I tried to reload the instance by force logging into hideout but it seems the NPC is still out of play.

Same problem just occurred with me as well just now, Zahmir teleported off screen and I am stuck in boss arena.
