Weapon swap points and keystones as well as Oracle

I'm sure this has been said before, but I'm saying it again. Weapon swap points should be allowed to allocate keystones. Everytime I have tried to incorporate this mechanic into my build I am blocked by the fact that I can't take keystones or jewel nodes. It feels limiting and, at least in my opinion, is holding back build diversity. Also with the druid being advertised as a 2 weapon build why can't I allocate the Oracle Paths not Taken notable nodes? I really want to just have fun and make some cool builds without running into so much red tape knocking the wind out of my sails.

I have solved my issue with the notables the UI was bugging out and I needed to relaunch the game. The rest still applies though
