Hulking Form does not work for Rage

Got hulking form that provides +50% small nodes


theres small nodes giving max rage, max rage while shapeshift, at total 10 to max rage, should give 15 instead of 10 with this node, but still got only extra 10


e: I'm stupid, it works but it rounds down instead of up
