Game Crash when opening skill selection screen (0.4)

Playing titan with new druid skills. My gems are stuck at level 14 because whenever I try to level them up, the game crashes a second after opening the skill selection UI. I've tried using uncut gem levels 15, 16 and 17. They all have the same problem. Funnily enough, the support gem UI doesn't have this issue. Only the skill selection UI. I'm not sure what's causing this problem, but it's preventing me from leveling up my current skills and selecting new skills.

EDIT: For some reason removing the Horns of Bynden helmet fixed the issue. I have no clue why this is happening, but my game always crashes when opening the skill selection UI when that helmet is equipped
