0.3 + 0.4 Ongoing issue: Weapon Swap "Missing Socketed Skill" in Spirit Gems

Last league, the game didn't detect socketed skills in Cast on Critical between weapon sets (same weapon/sceptre in both slots, the idea was mapping + bossing setups). This league, it's Mirage Archer doing the same thing.

I'm on a witchhunter and the weapon set skill passive points node is one of the main reasons I chose this ascendancy to league start. I'm using Crossbow + Atziri's spear, and double-checked that Mirage archer works for both.

Weapon Swapping seems like one of the best ways to make unique builds, but spirit skill bugs have made it unusable 2 leagues in a row?

No, there is no spirit or attribute differences between weapon sets that would affect this. Yes, I have tried different skills, as well as re-cutting the gems.

It's disappointing after spending currency multiple times (spirit gems, greater/perfect jeweller's orbs + gemcutter's prisms) just to run into this (again) - and that my initial report was ignored.

I can't be the only one running into this issue.
