Huge Spirit Bug

My spirit is all wonky in Bear form, says I have 15/15 spirit when I really have 86/86 spirit.

86/86 spirit after I have Lord of the Wilds passive.

Herald of Ash now uses 60 spirit how does that make sense with the 50% less efficiency debuff it gives you? It'd be 45 spirit not 60.

I was already experiencing spirit bugs, When I had 30 total spirit I could have herald of ash and savage fury up at the same time.

What is going on? lol

This is all over the place and I need some clarity.

Need someone to look into this please.

Not sure about the bear form, but 50% less efficiency means you need twice as much spirit. 30 / 0.5 = 60, so the Herald of Ash is correct.
