Item Deleted after unexpected disconnect

I am putting this here as I am not sure which thread to put it for POE2.

As the Title says, an amulet I had just crafted and equipped was deleted and replaced with my old one after a disconnect. When I checked for it after noticing it was not anywhere in my inventory or stash tabs, I even checked the well of souls as I had used it. Nope, nothing there. As I was checking I found that all of the currency I had used was gone.

Effectively, after the disconnect, my inventory was reset to a couple minutes prior while my stash remained up to date, causing my amulet to disappear and my used currency staying used.

Don't know if anything can be done or not, but best to report the problem.
