Can't progress Act 4

To progress Act 4 I have to collect 3 weapon pieces.

To get them I've killed Diamora, Prisoner Boss and Scourge of the Skies boss (as usual).

But noone of them gave me a weapon piece after killing them this time (I think Hooded One didn't even appear 2 times).

I've restarted the game and areas multiple times to rerun the area and kill the bosses again, nothing...I hear the Hooded One teleporting into the area, but can't see him or interact with him.

Therefore can't progress at Arastas Island where I normaly can put the pieces together, because I don't have the pieces, so no quest there.

Also my quest log still writes "Explore the island in search of other weapon pieces".

Is there a workaround here becasue this obviously seems to be a bug.

Bump, still cant progress....repeated every boss 4 times so far, no weapon pieces. :(

After 5th restart of the game and changing Realm it worked now...rly strange. ^^
