Mountain Splitter on Rampage

it should really apply to the third footstep slam instead of the third USE of the skill. otherwise it's just not worth it.

or you can change it to every other slam like ancestral empowerment. either way would make it more popular than right now. especially rampage, my new favorite skill, but clunky as hell.
