Increased life regen while shapeshifted nodes not applying?

The small nodes leading to blood of the wolf are not increasing my life regen, i tryd human, bear and wolf,in none of those form the nodes seems to have any effect. (I used tool tip to check so maby its a tooltip not seeing me as bear issue)


Im a titan with hulking form, not sure if that might be relevant

I wanted to add some nuance to this as I Think i am getting a similar related bug that i can 'fix sometimes before it breaks again.

When using the Vitality Gem on my herald of ash skill the regen is only intermitant.

I can prove this is intermittant as sometimes the life regen i have perfectly matches the life regen on my gear, and if i log out and in it mathes what it should be again.

Weirdly i can then join a map and sometimes it works and sometimes it bugs out

Before anyone asks this bug persists accross forms. in and out of them.

Same problem. Life regen while shapeshift passive skills not work. I have share same weapoun in two slots. Regen work only in one of them.
