0.4 Archon buff recovery

Hello.

Wondering if someone has same problem.

By default it lasts for 10 seconds and grace period before you can get another one is 20 seconds downtime.

I have 45% faster archon recovery period and 60% increased duration of archon buff.
The problem starts here:

It lasts 16 seconds which is right BUT
Recovery period is unchanged which means it still lasts 20 seconds to be able to acquire buff again.

I think this is a bug but not sure how to test it properly.

If it's a bug, report it in the bug sub forum. I'm on my way there on my sorc, I'll be able to tell if it's buggy or not.

Yeah I can confirm it's buggy, timer become blue but still start at 20sec, it should start lower.

No, those 20 sec should run out faster. Try to clock how long it takes to find out if it really works.

Oh you're right, I didnt realised it's behaving like reverse TC.

I just tested and again it's working like a charm, the 20sec goes down really quickly.
