In the Invoker Ascendency of the Monk class there is a passive which is called:
The Soul Springs Eternal It does: Meta Skills gain 35% more Energy Meta Skills have 50% increased Reservation Efficiency ----------- I just got Elemental Invocation which reserves 60 Spirit. Combined with "The Soul Springs Eternal", the spirit reservation should be lovered to 30 Spirit. It does not. Instead of 30 it's reserving 40 Spirit. Yeah iv been having similar issues. I have blasphemy with temporal chains which is also a meta skills so it should get a reservation from 60 to 30 but its also costing 40 and not 30. how do I bump this?
