Are support gems rarer this league?

Is it just me, or are support gems quite hard to find this league? I tend to experiment with support gems and I've noticed that I have only about 20% of the support gems in my stash compared to what I've had in previous leagues. I like to mix and match them to try out different configurations and usually I'll still have a lot of uncut gems lying around in my stash but I'm struggling to find enough this league.

Support Gems are super rare this league and it terrible for me.
i want to test so much combinations, but cant while no supports are dropping ...

I also noticed this, i didnt even drop enough to fill 3 slots with current level support gems on my one shapeshifter build. In interludes i was still stuck with Support lvl 1 on multiple slots.

Not to mention any respec or changing build would have been impossible. I litteraly had to spend the little gold i had + exalts buying support gems of the exchange.

Same. First time I've had to buy support gems from the Currency Exchange! I wonder whether this is by design and they now want you to spend resources on them. I sure hope not though as it stifles experimentation.
