Quality gem buff from Druid basic attack like Rend, Shred, Maul? (Solved)

Can someone please explain how we get this buff? I tried using gemcutter the normal way you would but it does not work.

I posted this on bug thread and GGG doesn't respond either. Is there a way to ask the dev team directly about this? I can't seem to find anything in game or website explaining how to get buff on normal attack.

If someone figured this out, please let us know!

For anyone who is confused like me, someone pointed out on reddit that this buff is obtained through new lineage support gem to socket into the basic attack or obtained through passive tree nodes that increase all skill quality. Tysm for them but at least we know that this is not a bug anymore. Cheers all~

Alright cool story bro, which support? which nodes? Don't just load up a bunch of info without spilling the ACTUAL important information people are looking for

Edit: Dialla's Desire support gives +1 level and +10% quality to the socketed gem, it currently costs 24D on the market. Will look into where to drop it

All I wanted to know was if this was a bug or not. It's not even my responsibility to share back when I found out the answer on reddit. If ppl are interested they would find the answer like simply typing "gem or quality" on the search function for skill tree... or using the auction house again using the search function typing "quality"...

Didn't know we need to tell ppl to do that as that this is just simple gameplay and if you don't even bother doing that yourself then you are clearly spoiled.

I didn't even bother looking into which lineage support or passive tree that gives the + all to quality. Those buffs are trash if you are giving up a support gem anyways...
