Ritual tablets not dropping

I bought ritual tablets and completed around 3 dozen maps yesterday. I have all ritual skills points - Promised Devotion, Spreading Darkness, Ominous Portents, Tempting Offers. Despite that, while running each of the map with 2 ritual tablets, I got 0 ritual tablets dropped while getting a lot of Overseer and Irradiated tablets.
