The Game (almost) always switch langage

Im not in an english speaking country but I like to play the game in english so i've been always playing poe1 and now poe2 in enligsh.

The problem here is in poe2 even if the option say "game langage : english" when i start the game after a new patch, or sometime randomly, the game start in my desktop langage

So i always have the quit, restart and it come back in english
