Vengeful Fury Notable Passive not applying 1% increased armor per rage

I just got the notable passive with my character (a lvl 77 druid) and I cannot see any changes anywhere to indicate that the additions to my armour have been calculated. I have refunded the point and re-speced it just to make sure I was seeing things correctly but there is no change from the 2655 armour I had before acquiring the passive. My character has 147 max rage when shapeshifted so I should have a 147% increase to armour from this passive. Would go a long way for my character if this could be fixed
