Druid: Make Wing Blast not cancel Flame Breath; Skill Interactions; Supp Gems that negate ms penalty

There's much debate on the usability of Flame Breath. Dodge rolling or any movement ability cancels the channel and puts the skill on CD, making this skill difficult to use consistently versus ranged enemies. Also, the skill makes you extremely immobile for "taking to the skies", and is not affected by skill effect duration (but is affected by cost multipliers).

Wing Blast also has very limited utility outside of heavy stunning, as charge generation is vastly overshadowed by devour and other sources, and Pounce's mobility is unmatched.

Why not have both skills uniquely interact, and allow players to dodge in the air while maintaining the channel, solving multiple problems at once? On top of that, I think that being able to start the Flame Breath channel immediately after using Wing Blast (while you're still in the air) would greatly improve combo flow. Same with rending while midair for an aerial attack--could introduce a tail spin or ground slam (would make ancestral boost not useless for rend).

Additionally, I'd like to see a support gem that more substantially, or entirely mitigates, movement penalties, at the cost of some drawback like cost efficiency.
