Tornado Skill Gem unaffected by AoE modifiers.

Hi guys, I've been messing around with Tornado and I believe the AoE is bugged. I can't seem to increase or reduce the AoE of the skill with any combination of supports and notables. I tried casting tornado supported combinations of Expand, Magnified Area 2 and Expanse, with and without the roil and reverberation notables and it ended up being the same size as the skill without any support gems equipped. I don't quite know how to test this more specifically, this is just based on visuals.
