Game crashing on weapon Swap with bugged Spellslinger

My spell slinger skill with orb of storms socketed does not activate, it says "missing required Skill". I am using teh same weapons for both weapon swaps. The issue started when I added Blasphemy support, but removing its does not resolve teh issue.

Spellslinger does activate on weapon swap 2, which is using teh same weapons. So, as a work around I just use it when I swap to weapon swap 2 with other skills, but using the spell slinger skill will cause a burst of lag. This routinely leads to a crash to login screen.

To add to this, I tried just reworking build to only work on swap 2, which does solve the crashing. But my Castt on Elemental Ailment has the same issue as teh spellslinger but on the opposite swap. So im completely bricked.
