Item Lost After D/C

I was running a campaign level Vault, when I lost connection to the server. When I reconnected, I had been kicked out of my Vault run, locked out of it, and my Talisman in my second weapon set had been lost inside the Vault, due to it presumably being on the ground after being used inside a Vault crafting bench, shortly before the disconnect occured.

I will not be engaging with the season mechanic until this is resolved. That was a very valuable item I lost.
