After Requesting to un-delete a character im now missing 30 spirit (PoE2)

as the title says my character in the new league "PlutoTheDragon" is now missing 30 spirit. ive tried to contact support but they told me to post on the forums due to high traffic...ive tried to killing the king of the mists in act 1 again aswell as killing the azek bog boss in act 3 again but it doesnt drop the 30 spirit im missing...
