Bestial Rage and Vengeful Fury are not working.

I am Combining Primal Hunger with Bestial Rage and Vengeful Fury at the talent Tree on Druid side.

I dont gain any benefit from Rage, but i also dont get the bonuses of these 2 Nods. is it intended? because just by reading it seems to me like its bugged :)
(English is not my first language though)

Following. It's not clear to me too... Is Primal Hunger negating all rage effects including those added from the tree?
