Performance Metrics and Pause

We should be able to toggle (F1) performance metrics graph while the game is paused.

Yeah, since I mostly just use pause to let the game settle in the case of lag it'd help monitor the situation but I don't like running it all the time.


I'd also like to be able to mess in options without unpausing the game.

Frankly if I'm going to the options menu in the middle of combat it's because something is wrong and I gotta fix it immediately.

Also since options menu is available from the pause menu it's quite unintuitive that going to a settings menu from the pause menu would unpause the game.

There may be some cases where you'd want to see how options affect the game as it plays, for which cases you should be able to manually unpause while staying in options.
