skill point issue

I have a problem since I havent gotten my last 2 skill points and cant figure out why.
I think the problem is from the Eye of Hinekora, though I ve full cleared the map like 3 times and spoken to Navali after, but it still shows that I havent received my reward. When I speak with Navali she says that hinekora gave me a reward which as you can guess I dont have.
Yes the + sign does show on my map next to the area

If you havent finished the interludes, the last two points are given to you when you complete them.

I am in maps atm so yes i ve finished the interlude. Also if you check the 1st photo you can clearly see the + sign next to the Eye of Hinekora area
