Help - mouse/keyboard not responding

Hi-

This only started occurring on one character only, so I know it isnt a device issue.

I came back from the kitchen and all of a sudden I walk like a crawl. I can point and move, al beit like I have boots of cement on, but I cannot cast anything, nor does any buttons on the keyboard do anything. I have looked to see if I had attack in place checked, but I cant seem to find it, nor can I find "dont move to target" . Any help is appreciated ( explain to me like I am a 4 yr old, as I am old and senile LOL )

All my other toons move and cast just fine.

Found "dont move to target" and it is not checked in any of them.
