2 skill points missing

Hi, I've encountered a bug in PoE2. In Act 4, on Rod Island, the "Blind Beast" boss, which should drop a 2-skill point book, didn't drop it. Consequently, my character "Sbegysha" only has 22 skill points after completing all acts, the interlude, and starting to farm cards. Please help/fix this.

Blind Beast no longer gives passives, those two passives were moved to quest reward for the 'Dark Mists' quest (kill Omniphobia and Tugen gives the points).
