Bug with Hability buff ''Wind Dancer''

Hi,
Despite a have 30 of spirit and equiped a Bow (martial weapon), i can`t active the skill, the skill warning infom there is necessary to equip a martial weapon.
I only can active the skill when I equip 2 bows, in slot 1 e 2.
can you verify, please.
