Varashtas Intuition not working

Hi,

I noticed the ascendancy notable Varashtas Intuition (take ele damage from mana before ES/Life) is not working. I tested it standing in burning ground.

Could not find anything about it on readit or the forums, maybe there is some kind of pre-condition or just nobody else is using it.
Mind over matter is working fine for me.

Hoping for a soon fix. Thanks for the work!
