Herald of thunder and wind dancer saying cant be used because of weapon set (using bow and crossbow)

I turned off my herald of thunder to turn on wind dancer but it would not allow me to turn it on. then it also would not let me turn the herald of thunder back on, I have tried unequiping and re equipping both weapon slots, have restarted game, I dont know what else to try

Same issue. Had 60 spirit and wanted to activate Herald + Attrition, by doing so Hearld of thunder turned off and I can't turn it back on by any means.

Managed to fix this bug. The problem disappeared when trying to turn both auras using the gem menu for the controller. When I went back to mouse and keyboard they stay active.

if anyone still has this it is fixed by going into the skill gem tab and opening the window where you set which weapon set to use and select one or both weapon sets. This happened to me because it deselected both weapon sets.
