Missing passive skill points

I am in POE 2 and have completed all side quests that reward passive skill points but I only have 22 weapon set points. I think it is because I died during the delirium boss fight in act 4 and then my grenade kill the boss after I died. Consequently the quest completed but the skill book disappeared. I am not able to restart the quest since it is crossed out on my mini map and Tujen does not have any quest reward for me. Please help!

I’m also missing 2 but I’m not sure from where as everything that gives passive points is crossed off on my map. Hopefully someone knows some info. Seems to be some sort of bug

SOLVED!!! It was the boss - Oswin, the Dread Warden at Wolvenhold Interlude 1 It wasn't showing up on my map legend because I never even traveled there. Hopefully yours is that simple. Not sure how I overlooked that.

I already done killing the boss in isle of kin floor 1 and going to return the quest to tujen in kingsmarch and click tujen for the skill points book but my inventory was full so i drop a mace inside my inventory but the skill points reward proceeded to skill gem lvl13 and i was not able to get the +2 points plss do check my CHAR for this BUG SINNCITYDUMP
