Microtransaction issue

I Bin waiting almost 3 months I havent bin able to purchase anything inside the game. When I purchase outside the game on Sony network the points haven't apear so I am not even able to use them.

In the same boat as well. One of the updates months ago, bugged my account. Can't buy anything from store

There is serious problem with the store and supporter packs on PSN.

Just bought a supporter pack today on PS5 store. No items or the points show in my POE account.

Basically just handed money to ggg and Sony for nothing.

Written to support and no reply.

Supporter pack page in-game takes ages to load too (most of the time it doesn't load at all) and when it does it's at like 5 fps

Oh, mine just disconnects when I try to do that.The only time I can get any of the microtransaction is from twitch streams.Drops, i've never had this issue on peo One, and I spent a couple of hundred dollars. I was taking the purchasing in the website. See if it goes through that. But apparently it doesn't work they say . I want to try it. See if it works, but I'm not risking more than $10. If I want to buy the one hundred dollar a supporter pack cause I do like the game, but i'm not sure what's the issue.

I'm not sure what happened, but I got my points today. And it looks like I'm able to purchase them. I think there's a bug with the app. Because apparently there's 2 types of the game in the PlayStation. Network, the one that has the microtransactions i deleted the previous poe one I have and download the different one that had the microtransaction, and apparently that worked, I'm not sure if it's a bug.
