Ferocious Roar consuming 2 charges to bypass CD

When Ferocious Roar is linked with Infernal Cry, using the skill with 2 endurance charges will consume both charges to bypass the cooldown. If you have only 1 charge, the cooldown is bypassed but only the default cry is used instead of Infernal.

Also warcry speed modifiers do not apply when using the skill while shapeshifting.

Bump. Infernal Cry cd bypass should override Ferocious Roar when it is linked, not consume both! Please GGG!
