Black Screen and Crashing in VULKAN api.

I got an RTX 4070 Super
I'm using Vulkan cause the loading times are way faster.
It crashes a LOT now after the patch, like every3-4 min of playtime.
The screen first turns black and i can still move or it completely crashes like on this screenshot.

Seems to also be related to Alt Tabbing.
