Flame Breath Issues

2 Noteable issues with the skill so far:

- When attempting to cast the skill while it is on cooldown (I assume this is the trigger?), the skill will still activate, but the player rubber-bands around and there is no flame breath particle effect but damage is still done

- Flame breath (and all other fire skills the dragon can cast) does not turn purple when Blackflame Covenant is allocated.

For the black flame , its only for spells and wyvern use attacks not spells :/

also movement while using it isn't possible on mouse input (vs WSAD)
