[BUG] Vaal Temple Room Locks in - Players Trapped, Can't Exit Without Wasting Run

There's a serious bug in the current 0.4.0 league (The Last of the Druids) that's happening way too frequently in the Vaal Temples/Incurions: rooms are locking players in with barriers or doors, but not all enemies spawn or trigger properly. This leaves players permanently trapped in the room – unable to progress, finish the clear, or exit without portaling out (which often wastes the temple run or breaks checkpoints).

It's frustrating and kills the flow of the league mechanic, especially in endgame where time matters. This has been reported by many players already, but it feels like it's still occurring a lot.

Please prioritize a hotfix for this trapping bug – it's severely impacting enjoyment for a lot of us!

yep vaal temple flesh synthroom first time, still waiting.......

to take this a step further, my character got stuck but after last update we're not even allowed to tp out. is my character just bricked? lol

This issue with monster stuck inside (?) a door.
Room cannot be completed even after a respawn at checkpoint, when walking in the room again monster is still there, doors close, no way to open them.

Happened to me now in "Grand Phylactory", no monsters alive visable in room, locked inside. Seems to happen to me way more often when playing minion builds. Really fustrating, having to waste entire runs and not being given the opotunity to find "locks" risking loosing progress when this happens early in the temple and blocks progression.

Same here, Level 3 Arsenal room (which is the one room leading the half of my temple) - I go in, there are 3 rare weapon racks - I loot weapon racks and nothing happens. There is no enemies or anything and all three doors are locked. I have tried my temple twice and TP'd out the second time and still get locked in there. My temple is now bricked. GGG Please fix
