inner harmony - oracle ascendancy talant issue

The talent (inner harmony) doesn't work correctly—too many effects bypass it. Even with Chaos Immunity +1 Health, too many effects still kill the character... fire surfaces, vortexes, traps, etc. please fix it, it ruins game
