Missing 2 Passive Skill Points from Blind Beast on Isle of Kin

My account ID is xavier#9213, and the affected character is 至尊熊肉堡 (a level [insert your character's current level, e.g., 90+] character that has completed the campaign).

I believe I have encountered a bug regarding the reward from defeating the Blind Beast on Isle of Kin in Act 4. After defeating the boss, I clearly saw the unique drop item appear on the ground—the one that grants 2 Passive Skill Points (or Weapon Set Passive Skill Points)—and I picked it up. However, it did not appear in my inventory or grant the points as expected.

I continued through the campaign and completed all content, including defeating every optional boss and completing every quest that provides extra Passive Skill Points (such as those from other Acts and the Ancestral Trial). Upon reaching the endgame and reviewing my total Passive Skill Points, I am short exactly 2 points compared to what I should have based on all confirmed sources (I have double-checked guides and my quest log to ensure nothing was missed).

This has left my character at a disadvantage, as those points are crucial for build optimization. I am certain this is a bug, as the drop was visible and interacted with, but the reward never registered.

I have the exact same bug, the book does not drop at all for me. i killed it twice now without a drop.

same issue, playing oracal not sure if the extra passive points from tree have something to do with it

It drops from the delirium intro encounter from one of the other islands now. There’s a quest for it
