Spell totem rework/change

I'm gonna be that guy, sorry y'all.

My time in PoE2 since launch has been leveling druid, focused mainly on wolf, bear and nature/plant skills. Although there are a few issues here and there, there's no glaring issues that need to be addressed right now other than the absolute shit show that is Spell Totem.

When I saw the build showcase for the Entangle Spell Totem build, I along with many others fell in love with that kind of build, however the requirements for that build to run at lower level (20-30) is ridiculous. 3 charges to use ONE totem for 8 seconds is insulting. So instead I propose a rework.

1. Spell Totem free to cast at 6 seconds, with a 40-60% less damage modifier. This will allow low levels to benefit using Spell Totem without relying on it.

2. For each charge consumed, spells used by Spell Totem do 20-30% increased damage. This will allow for the play style of consuming charges for increased benefits.

Other than those, some other minor things include:

1. Bear having increased life/armour/defenses.
2. Wolf having increased move speed/attack speed/bleed and poison chance.
3. Dragon having increased cast speed/elemental damage.

Yes, this has to be changed somehow.
First they ruined my beloved SRS, which is now just a buff.
Now the totem with charges, and only at a very high level.
It really kills the motivation to play.

They promised that PoE 2 would be more player-friendly, but instead it’s even harder.
