Abysmal loading times on Vulkan

The game is loading VERY long (up to two minutes) when the renderer is Vulkan.
Switching to DirectX 12 helps though.

P.S. I have NVidia video card, not AMD - as I saw AMD drivers mentioned as a culprit

AMD "secretly" released an update v26.2.1 recently. At least it didn't show up within the Adrenalin Software.
Installed it yesterday. Almost no loading times while on Vulkan + finally cast on elemental in combination with komet is playable again (no crashes, no delays). Way more stable than DX12.
