Catalyst of corruption corrupted room:

After clearing the entire room, the beacon won't trigger, leaving struck inside the room. Leavable only by respawn.
Near the circle in the middle, the character went below the map like it feel at the gap between the circle and the beacon. Might have some mobs stuck bellow making the room bugged.

Ability - Mercenary:

Siege Cascade Ability is targerting chests on Expedition on closer range instead of enemies that are further in range than the chests

Precursor Tablets:

Breach Precursor Tablet: It's not spawning as mentioned on tablet, even if adding more than one tablet it's only spawning one breach entry

GGG asks that you post a new thread for each issue;



The reason for this is they want each thread to be focused on one issue, so that it's easy for them to follow the discussion if someone else comes along with additional information that helps them to better understand the issue, and they can stop referring to a thread if the bug the thread resolves around has been resolved. It makes their life harder if everything's in one place.
