Vaal Boss Grimfang Spawns... and character is stuck

I could not move once That Boss spawned after killing all the monsters from the vaal incursion. I would have liked to fight but nothing would make my character move or attack, or dodge roll. Nothing. Happened in Kedge Bay as a Werewolf.
