Ryzen 395 MAX+ 8060s iGPU - DX12 detects 4GB RAM

PoE2 when selecting DX12 the game only detects 4GB vram when 96GB is reserved for the iGPU, stuck on low medium settings for low vram, vulkan works great but display crashes and game needs frequent restarts, dx11 looses frames and is stuck with NIS upscaler... this is the only game ive found so far that has the dx12 issue detecting 4GB vram
