Blasphemy with temporal chains doesn't apply curse

I've just run a Sulphuric Caverns map. Temp chains didn't apply through blasphemy. I've tried leaving and returning to map, and disabling / enabling blasphemy. It was working fine few hours ago. I've tried using lower level curse gem. I have enough spirit and attributes. Nothing helps. I'm playing druid with shapeshifting.

Update. Manually casting the curse also doesn't apply it.

Probably your skill gem level is not high enough. It does not work on high level monsters then. Try to go in a low level area and see if it works.
