Poor performance in 0.4

Hello

I have been having quite big performance issues this patch, in 0.3 when everyone was having issues with abyss, i had good performance only going under 60fps in endgame juiced abyss maps.

Problem i was having that i dropped to 0 fps or game froze everytime it seemed to load new monsters, abilities or even loot drops. what finally solved the issues mostly for me was rollbacking to older nvidia driver (from 591.44 to 581.80) most of my fps issues are now gone and performance seems more stable 140 fps that it was in 0.3.

Here is a list if stuff that i tried and it DIDNT FIX my issues.

-trying pretty much every possible variation of ingame graphic settings
-deleting poe2 shades cache folders
-deleting nvidia shader cache
-installing game on steam and verifying integrity of game files (i usually play on standalone)
-playing on differend class just to make sure it wasnt some of my abilities causing the lag


My pc specs

-windows 11
-GPU nvidia 3060ti
-CPU amd 5600x
-RAM 16gigs of 3600MHz, CL16

same same, very unplayble

The extreme load times make this game terrible for me.
4 minutes from pressing Play until I load into Clearfell.
1-2 minutes to load any other zone, and then another 3 minutes to load back into Clearfell.

after teh patch my fps issues came back, this time on both older and newer nvidia drivers.

this is what i don't understand. the loading screens are taking way way longer than normal now, all of a sudden.
they must have "improved performance" and lowered CPU load by significantly putting more workload on the initial load or something. i dunno how it all works but loading screens are literally 3x longer in 0.4 than 0.3. its very annoying
