Local Coop Vaal Temple Unplayable Bug

My wife and I are playing local coop on PC and when we enter the Vaal temple after adding rooms, etc. We have tried it a few times so far, and each time we enter the temple, we kill all the monsters in the whole temple and get no rewards from any of the rooms. I have another character that I have been playing solo, and have not had any issues with getting rewards from the rooms.

She is playing Huntress, I am playing Druid.

I have the same problem and have had it for weeks.
