Double Boss Map Boss Not Dropping Loot When Dying Together

Honestly, described by title. Killing both of the map bosses in this two-boss fight basically at the same time is causing neither of them to drop me any loot

Yes. Playing Pathfinder Herald Plague, Herald Blood. One boss dies, explodes and kills the other boss. No loot.

Happened to me today (Dec 16 2025) on 2nd floor of Sekhemas boss, and in maps with the Necormancer and Bone Mastadon boss. Was especially painful, as it was my one T7 map waytone used, and I didn't get one as a reward.
