Xotolan, High Priest Bugged and went underground/invisible

Doing Eye of Hinekora, act 4, unique mob from league mechanic spawned, Xotolan, High Priest. When he went away from the circle he went immune and now he just fully went invisible and kept burning the ground and is immune aswell. He seems stuck on a pillar and keeps doing his attack that channels the ground I think, perma sound atleast.

Also occurred in a T3 Marrow map. Just stuck underground. He's invincible, but takes hits as you can tell from the broken armour, among other things.

Just encountered the same bug, but in Vaal Temple.

I have encountered this bug as well, on the Vaal Temple.
