Act 4 bosses hard locked

While fighting the solitary confinement boss I interact with the ballista, and it kicks me ot of the game. I can’t progress the area.

I then when to kill diamora the same thing happens. I kill her and when I interact with the hooded one, it boots me and I can’t progress.
