Shapeshift forms can go into raised water before Matlan Waterways

I was able to dodge roll into the water area with each of the shapeshift forms without placing the large soul core into the pedestal. Could not enter Matlan Waterways still since the loading zone wasn't loaded still, but it was very easy to just dodge roll into it, and somewhat finnicky to dodge roll out.
